Reservation Cancellations

Cancellations of equipment reservation can be made via email or calling the Film Equipment Room:

Advanced Notice

Students may be penalized for failing to cancel reservations in advance. Cancellations of an Express-Service Zeus order requires at least 1 hour notice.

Mid-Service or Full-Service orders require at least 1 business day notice.

Checkout No Call, No Show

A no call, no show for checkout will be treated as a late return and penalized accordingly (see Late Return Policy article). In the event of a no-show, the Film Equipment Room reserves the right to cancel a reservation instead of rescheduling.
